The residents of Latimer Crescent are reuniting for another round of festive chaos as Two Doors Down returns with a brand new 2025 Christmas special.
The BBC has dropped the trailer for the upcoming episode, which marks two years since fans last saw the hit Scottish sitcom on screens.
Viewers will once again be welcomed into Beth and Eric’s home as the neighbours gather to celebrate Christmas together.
Expect the usual mix of awkward moments, sly digs and brilliantly petty conversations that have made the show such a fan favorite.
Christine, Cathy and Colin, Alan and Michelle, plus Beth and Eric’s son Ian and his fiancé Gordon, are all confirmed to return.
The show’s co-creator Gregor Sharp says it’s the perfect time to revisit the street: “It’s really exciting to be revisiting Latimer Crescent with all the regular cast for this new episode.
“Christmas is a time for getting together with friends and family and then becoming low level irritated by them so it feels like they’re the perfect group to celebrate the season with.”
Since debuting as a one-off special in 2013, Two Doors Down has grown into one of the BBC’s most popular comedies, earning major awards and steadily increasing its audience over the years.
The 2025 Christmas special is set to air on BBC One, BBC Scotland, and BBC iPlayer in the UK later this festive season.
